At TMG Industrial, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If your item is not performing as expected or was ordered in error, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for freight pickup for heavy machinery, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the crate or box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods to verify condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
